Exploring the Art of Rest
We are an Art Studio, Gallery, and Wonder Emporium on South Padre Island.
With a vision to be a space of health and rest for the community, Paper Caper Co. is a place to engage with inspiring art, find an intentional object, or take a class to re-center and rejuvenate.
We believe hustle culture and our go-go-go society creates a desperate need for people to slow down, take care of themselves, and zoom out. We cater to aiding those in helping professions and people experiencing burnout, find artistic ways to self-care and create meaningful daily rituals.

Meet Our Founder
Eva Ryan is a paper artist from Brownsville, Texas who merges the delicate art of paper cutting with the never ending quest of understanding the Universe.
You can find Eva working in the studio most days and if you ask, she might even give you a tour of the local plants and wildlife.

Our community facilitates a number of restshops every month to help people get in touch with their artistic abilities, themselves, and the earth around them.
